MESSAGE BOARDS RULES

Our message boards are governed by a set of rules. Please familiarize yourself with them. By posting on our message boards, you indicate that you accept our rules as part of this site's terms of use.

We reserve the right to remove any post or user from our message boards - although we have no duty to do so. When posts are deleted, it's usually because they violate one or more of our rules. Repeated violation of these rules may result in the suspension of your posting privileges.

OUR SPECIFIC RULES ARE:

1. We live by words online, so we don't allow obscene, racist or sexually explicit language. Personal attacks are not permitted. We reserve the right to remove posts that are abusive, hateful, or defame or insult anyone. We also reserve the right to remove posts that are off-topic.
2. It is illegal to harass or threaten anyone. We take threats, harassment and stalking very seriously. Posts that might be construed as such may be deleted and made available to the proper law enforcement officials.
3. You may not suggest or encourage illegal activity. This site will assist law enforcement officials in any investigation of such activities.
4. No solicitations or advertisements are allowed. This includes advertisements for your business or latest get-rich-quick scheme. Such notes add clutter and devalue conversation.
5. You must have copyright ownership of all material that you post on our boards. No files, articles, recipes, song lyrics, art or graphics may be posted without the express written consent of the copyright holder.
6. You must respect the privacy of individuals. This means no posting of phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers or any other private information.
7. Choose a username carefully. You may not use names that are offensive, that suggest illegal activities or that are meant to imitate other users. Any such names will be blocked from posting on our message boards.
8. Good manners online means that you don't post the same note more than once. The online word for posting many times on one topic is "spamming". We don't allow that.
9. You participate at your own risk on the boards, in chat rooms and in e-mail. You take responsibility for postings under your username and use the information provided here at your own risk. This site takes no responsibility for the content or opinions posted here.
10. If you see a post that you feel violates any of the above house rules, please notify the administrator by e-mail. Barring technical difficulties, we will respond in 12 hours.
11. By posting to any portion of our site, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use.
12. Use your common sense and have a wonderful time.

REGOLE DEL FORUM

Il nostro forum ? governato da una serie di regole. Per favore, familiarizza con esse. Inserendo un messaggio nelle nostre boards, stai accettando implicitamente queste regole e i loro termini di utilizzo

Ci riserviamo il diritto di rimuovere qualsiasi post o utente dal forum. Quando i post sono cancellati, solitamente ? perch? violano una o pi? delle nostre regole. Violazioni frequenti risulteranno nella sospensione dell'account.

LE NOSTRE REGOLE SPECIFICHE SONO:

1. Linguaggio corretto prima di tutto: non permettiamo linguaggio osceno, scurrile, razzista o sessualmente esplicito. Gli attacchi personali non sono permessi. Saranno rimossi quei post che possano ledere la dignit? o offendere o siano infamanti verso chiunque. Ci riserviamo inoltre il diritto di rimuovere post palesemente off-topic.
2. E' illegale minacciare o importunare. Prendiamo molto seriamente questo genere di cose e i post di questo tipo saranno immediatamente rimossi e resi noti alle forze dell'ordine.
3. E' vietato incoraggiare o suggerire attivit? illecite. Assisteremo attivamente le forze dell'ordine in caso di eventuali investigazioni derivanti da dette attivit?.
4. Non ? permessa la pubblicit?. Questo include pubblicit? del vostro business o qualunque sistema per diventare ricchi in 5 minuti, catene di S. Antonio etc.
5. Prima di postare un file ? necessario essere in possesso del diritto d'autore dello stesso, sia per quanto riguarda di materiale proprio che di di terzi, nel cui caso specifico ? necessario possedere apposita liberatoria scritta e firmata.
6. Rispettare la privacy altrui. Questo significa non postare numeri di telefono, indirizzi, e qualsiasi altra informazione privata o confidenziale.
7. Scegli attentamente il tuo nome utente. Non ? permesso utilizzare nomi offensivi, che possano suggerire attivit? illegali o offendano chiunque. Questi account saranno eliminati dai forum.
8. Buone maniere significa anche non postare lo stesso messaggio pi? volte. Nel linguaggio corrente questo viene definito "spamming" e noi non lo consentiamo.
9. Partecipi a tuo rischio e pericolo a questo forum, al servizio di messaggi privati ed e-mail, assumendoti la responsabilit? di quanto postato sotto tuo nome e delle informazioni derivanti. Non possiamo assumerci alcuna responsabilit? per le opinioni e i contenuti postati nel forum.
10. Se dovessi incontrare un post che viola palesemente le nostre regole, contatta immediatamente l'amministratore del forum per e-mail. Risponderemo generalmente entro le 12 ore.
11. Postare nel nostro forum significa accettarne implicitamente le condizioni d'uso e le regole fin qui esposte.
12. Usa il tuo buon senso per tutto il resto, e buon divertimento.
