Hi everyone, Recently, a wonderful french tutorial was published about the Maddog. (Thank you very much Epikk, who is active on this forum  )So after reading this tutorial, it came to my mind that I need to give a try to what seems to be a truly impressive realistic simulation  But I have a few questions before: -About the Maddog 2008: Will it be a free upgrade, a payware update or an entirely new product? If it is a new product, will the owners of the previous maddog 2006 have a reduction or something? It is just that I am reticent to pay for 45 euros now if I need to pay the same again to get the 2008 version  -Second, I am a little bit lost with actual version, VC update...Which version will I have when purchasing the MD? Will I have to add the VC or is it included in the installation program? Thank you for your answers. Good flights to all  Pochi |

I'm sure the developers will be able to offer more detail, but based on what I've been reading MD08 will be a separate product and not a free upgrade. I believe it has been mentioned that there will possibly be a discount for MD06 owners.
I'm pretty sure the VC is not included in the main installer and you will need to download the upgrade. -------------------- Larry Foltran

About the actual version, when you purchase the maddog you obtain 2006 version and the VC. I don't know if it is the same installer or they are splitted in two, anyway it's all included, you don't have to pay an extra for the VC. -------------------- Environmental Control Systems Designer --> Alenia Aeronautica
