I just purchased Maddog 2008. I am running it on FSX and XP. Using a Nvidia 9600.
When I load the aircraft in 2d panel mode, everything works. When switching to VC mode the screen goes blank. Not sure what the problem is. Does someone know the solution to this problem ? Regards Sauter |

Just go in Settings / Display settings then, uncheck "DirectX preview" Then, restart FSX Your textures won't be white anymore ! Regards, Cyril -------------------- |

Cyril, I do not have that option in FSX.
Not sure if the newer version has eliminated that. |

 I've read too fast. By "Blank", I understood "White" ("Blanc" in French) If by "Blank" you mean no VC at all, here you are: 1- To have the VC, check "Virtual Cockpit" in the Setup page of the Manager & Setup 2- To see the DirectX-10 Preview option in FSX (not supported by the Maddog), install FSX SP1 and FSX SP2 found in FSInsider web site. Cyril, in fact the VC appears and then goes blank.
SP1 and SP2 are installed for FSX. Hope this helps. Regards |

If you have SP2, you should have Directx 10 Preview in the settings. The blank textures are the result of trying the Maddog wit this option on. You can double check with an external view: is the livery nice or is it a all white aircraft? See attached and tell me the result please. Best regards, Cyril

Cyril, I am not sure what to do. I have SP2 installed but no direct 10x options appears on my screen.
