Unfortunately, the CMA900 requires that you enter each waypoint of the route manually, there is no airway database.

Best regards,

You can load the airways and the waypoints in to the "manager & setup" then save it. Then when you start the cma900 to program it you insert the name of which you saved the
route on the manger&setup and then you have the waypoints along the airway.

Unfortunately, the CMA900 requires that you enter each waypoint of the route manually, there is no airway database.

I use FlightAware or FSCommander for coming up with my flight plans. It seems there are more and more waypoints that the CMA900 does not recognize. As an example, for route "DTTA TUC SIRVI NIBEL BETOT TURMO KONUT LIRF", waypoints SIRVI and NIBEL are not recognized when manually enterring the waypoints into the CMA900. This is just one example. I have many more examples where even more waypoints are not recognized. Am I doing/not doing something wrong?

Regards,
Larry

Larry,

Your Nav Database is out of date. Purchase the latest database cycle at Navigraph.com. Almost all of the RNAV routes and waypoints in use today did not exist in the release version's database, and any that are missing are due to Navigraph's data source not containing the waypoints. Nothing to do with the FMS or CMA900 - it can only pull up what's in the database.
