G'day!

What had started as a "I will start flying between exotic destinations" has evolved into a real Around the World expedition between myself and 3 other Maddog fliers from Australia....

The purpose is to see as much of the world as we can, each of us flies a leg and sends screenshots and a story of the flight, so we can all share in the flight.

Since our experiences have been varied (and some very funny) we have decided to upload into a very basic web page so we can all revisit what we have done and how we are going...

You are all welcome to look at the stories and screenshots....and if you see our callsign VPCNI flying around, you will know it is us doing our around the world tour, and as fellow Maddog fliers, be sure to say "Hi"!

At the moment we are in Easter Island, we have quite a few stories yet to upload into the website, which we will do over the next few days, as we leave the South Pacific behind and we start exploring South America.

Cheers

Thanks Jon, will do.

We made it to South America, it was a close call....the flight from Easter Island (SCIP) to Santiago in Chile was 2030nm...took off with full fuel tanks and landed with just under 2 ton left. Weather was terrible, down to 300ft overcast...it was the longest flight we have ever done in the Maddog....5h 32minutes!

We have flown south and we are at Ushuaia...(SAWH)...a few issues with icing and the winds are something to behold!!! But this is the best adventure we have ever undertaken, and what better aircraft than the Maddog!
