I can hear the engine sound even when engines are not running and even the APU shut down at cold and dark state.
Why is this?

Hi Christos,
The problem is when you run FSX+Windows Xp+ MAddog.
There's a bug in cold& dark default situation.
If you install Maddog in FS9 the problem don't exist.

the problem is solved by loading the cessna, and turning it off completely. At this point, replace the cessna with maddog find him quiet.
Save the flight and each time, the Load Manager, a position the situation recorded
