is this guy even around anymore? i need download links, i paid for the 2010 upgrade and the panel for it, and can't download it, i sent receipts for both to support, anybody know if i am gonna get ripped off, so sad this kind of support. all the other vendors have gave me new links in a day or two, here is hoping. thanks later james

It´s better to uninstall the previous and install the complete package than overwrite with an upgrade. So download the whole installer and give it a try.

But Davide will know it better - he´s the support ...
